Rolex Trophy One Design Series News Update

Farr 40s Racing on Manly Circle, the Rolex Trophy One Design sailors were surfing with the best of them as they enjoyed 12 knot nor’easterly breezes for day two of the three-day regatta. Lisa and Martin Hill’s Estate Master extended their overnight lead with a hat trick of first places in the three races they completed today, and were awarded Boat of the Day for the second day in a row in the Farr 40 class. Lang Walker’s Farr 40 Kokomo kept the heat on with two second places until race 6 of the series when they were scored OCS. They managed to work their way back up the leader board to finish third over the line in the final race of the day. Sydney 38s Today the Sydney 38s joined the Farr 40s off Manly Circle. Father and son, Ian and Shane Guanaria’s The Tavern, also scored a hat trick of wins, setting themselves for a strong finish in the class’s two-day series.
